Avaya IP Office 7.0, from Avaya Communication Solutions for SMEs

Avaya re-release of new products and innovation in the SME market, including Avaya IP Office 7.0. The new version of Avaya communication is claimed to help encourage savings, user experience and better collaboration for entrepreneurs, startups and new-generation medium-sized companies.

Avaya IP Office 7.0 complete the integration of IP and digital phones Nortel Enterprise Solutions (NES) into the IP Office platform (NES Avaya was acquired in December 2009).

Integration is now allowing about 14 million users NES to get the collaboration capabilities of Avaya IP Office and to encourage savings of 40-60% for the NES customers by allowing them to continue using existing phone when upgrading to Avaya IP Office.

Avaya IP Office 7.0 also provides a portfolio of multimedia collaboration tools are more extensive, including sophisticated desktop phone with a color touch screen that allows users to find contacts or manage voicemail with the touch of a finger.

Related to launch this new, Avaya announced support customers and partners for Avaya IP Office 7.0, which includes among others Carlo's Bakery, television personality Buddy Valastro, companies running music events leading The Agency Group, and Old Mutual-Guodian Life Insurance-based in China.

Not only that, Avaya also has the support of partner service providers such as Verizon in the U.S. and Bell Canada in Canada, as well as Indian distributor Beetel.
