Research in Motion (RIM), Thursday (07/07/2011) yesterday formally announced the availability of BlackBerry Playbook tablet in Indonesia began on 16 July 2011.
"BlackBerry Playbook is a remarkable tablet feature-rich and powerful, is ideal for both business and personal," said Gregory Wade, Regional Managing Director of RIM.
"With the growing number of retail stores throughout Indonesia which sell BlackBerry Playbook, we invite the customer to try each one directly," he added.
BlackBerry Playbook claimed to be present with the appearance of ultra-portable (compact) and has a superior performance, perfect experience in surfing in cyberspace with support for Adobe Flash, multitasking capabilities, HD multimedia, which has enhanced security features, as well as support in the form of new breakthroughs for corporate purposes and a broad platform for development.
Tablet with a 7 inch screen will be present in three models based on memory capacity, which is 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB. Three variants Playbook that will be available on July 16, 2011 will be sold at the following prices:
- 16 GB Rp4.999.000
- 32 GB Rp5.999.000
- 64 GB Rp6.999.000
