Norton One Security Solution For PC, Mac, and Mobile

Norton by Symantec recently announced a plan to bring Norton One. A personal service that will protect consumers in a variety of these devices will give them the option to choose a combination of solutions that suit them, and get rid of the hassle and worry in the securing and maintaining their homes are currently connected to the Internet.
Under Norton's market research found that consumers in the U.S. have an average of 4.5 devices in their homes include desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones and many more.
All these devices need protection from online threats, but the current protection must provide more than basic security and must meet the different needs of all households connected devices.

As a membership-based security solutions for a variety of devices PC, Mac, and mobile, Norton One will provide a different security experience in the following way:
  •     It only takes a membership to protect each device connected in the house, all managed from a single user interface.
  •     Customers will be able to easily pick and choose the option technology and support they need to actually protected in their possession the entire device - PC, Mac, and mobile.
  •     The new devices can be easily added to the membership and instantly protected from online threats.
  •     Licenses can be moved between devices or removed if the device is not used.
  •     Various technology and support will be offered, including security and performance.
  •     Customers will benefit through personal service and premium support.
"Norton continues to expand our business with Norton Everywhere initiative, thus providing centralized solutions to individuals, wherever they go, and without seeing the devices they use," said Janice Chaffin, group president, Consumer Business Unit, Symantec.
"One Norton is one of them, a new model that will address the security challenges facing consumers and service today." He continued.
Norton One new service is expected to be available in the first half of 2012.
