Samsung Plans to Stop Sales of LCD to Apple

Breakdown of the business relationship between Samsung and Apple patent that was allegedly caused by the feud that is now going on between the two seems increasingly sticking to the surface.

A report cited PULSAonline via Korea Times, said that Samsung plans to stop selling Apple's LCD displays for next year. The Korean display manufacturers have reduced delivery to the Apple display systems, LCD 15 million in the first half 2012 to 3 million in the third quarter, and by the end of this year is expected delivery will be reduced to only 1.8 million units.

Sources in the Korea Times told them that Samsung apparently no longer satisfied with the 'big discount' which is always expected Apple.

"We can not supply our flat screens to Apple with great discount prices. Samsung has cut the share of shipments to Apple and next year we will stop sending display, "said a Samsung executive as reported by the Korea Times.

Aware that her decision has the potential to make it big enough to lose customers, Samsung is also rumored to be selling its display panel to Amazon.
