Android 2.2 Froyo 2-5x faster than eclair

Google finally officially announced the presence of new Android operating system. Froyo is version 2.2, which will replace the Android eclair (v2.0/2.1).

With the presence of this Froyo, Google promised to bring the performance of the CPU speed up to 2-5x, with Dalvik JIT compiler. Another feature that is App2SD, where users will be able to install Android application in an SD memory card. So no longer have to worry about a variety of applications erode the capacity of internal memory.

Android 2.2 Froyo also present the capabilities of data exchange (exchange), such as calendar synchronization, remote wipe and improvement in the security side. Not only that, the web browser is now strengthened innate Froyo V8 javascript engine, which will present another two-3x improvement in execution of javascript.
